- Screenings will include:
- Completion of a CANS Screen (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths), which we can do over the phone.
- Mental Health Evaluation
- Treatment Planning will include:
- Tiered Crisis/Safety Plan
- Cross Systems Care Plan
- Child and Family Team (CFT) Meeting
